What we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- Enquiries and quote requests: your name, organisation, role, email, phone number and message
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, CV and anything you tell us about yourself
- Donor calls: the donor details our not-for-profit clients provide, and the outcome of each call
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and prepare proposals, application details to assess and contact applicants, and donor details only to deliver the calling services our clients engage us for. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Website enquiries and applications are sent to the customer relationship management and workflow tools we use to manage them. Donor data is processed on the AVI8, Evergiving and Indigo8 Oper8 platforms described on our security page. Donor call outcomes are returned to the not-for-profit client that owns the data. We may disclose information where required by law.
How we protect and retain it
Information is protected by the measures described on our security page, including encryption, access management and 24/7 monitoring. Donor personal data and recorded contacts are de-identified or deleted after six months.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@arc22.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
